Jo Grace
Jo is a Nervous System Health Coach and Trauma Psychotherapist, specialising in working with professionals and business owners. She is passionate and focused on supporting clients to understand the impact of their biology on their thoughts, feelings and behaviours. She works with the body at the heart of her practice, using the power of the mind to understand what is happening in our bodies through Transactional Analysis and Nervous System awareness. This supports clients to make conscious changes in their bodies at a pace that is safe and healing for them.
She holds Diplomas in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy and Play Therapy, a PGC in Emotional Education as well as extensive CPD training in Polyvagal Theory, Organic Intelligence and Affective Neuroscience as well as Body based therapies including Yoga and Therapeutic Dance. She has worked therapeutically for 20 years.

I am a certified Transformational Growth Coach, Psychologist, NLP & Psych-K Practitioner, and intuitive. My sole focus is to empower you to take charge of your destiny and unlock your true potential.
With a solid background in psychology and specialised training in mindset coaching modalities, I possess the essential skills to safely guide your journey to transformation.
But that's not all – I bring over 15 years of corporate leadership experience from renowned firms like Deloitte. As a seasoned leadership coach, I have honed transferable skills to help you achieve your goals with greater efficacy.
