I'm Aleksandra Atman, a Transformational Growth Coach, Psychologist, and NLP Master with over 15 years of corporate leadership experience at firms like Deloitte.

Throughout my career in professional services and management consulting, I have worked with clients across multiple industries and markets. My experience spans graduate and emerging-leader programmes, senior leadership development, project and functional team coaching, and individual executive coaching interventions. Over the past decade, I have specialised in developing mindsets and behaviours that accelerate performance, resilience, and sustainable success in high-pressure environments.
