Who Am I?


I'm Aleksandra Atman, a Transformational Growth Coach, Psychologist, and NLP Master.

I help leaders and professionals see themselves more clearly, release what no longer serves them, and build aligned systems for growth without burnout.

My background includes over 15 years in corporate leadership at firms like Deloitte, deep training in humanistic and positive psychology, and thousands of hours coaching senior professionals through pivotal transitions.

But here's what matters most: I don't offer surface-level strategies or quick fixes.

I work with the subconscious - the beliefs, patterns, and nervous system responses that silently run the show. Because real transformation doesn't come from willpower or another to-do list. It comes from rewiring what's beneath.
